Mansfield Swimming Club is run by an Executive Committee, elected by the senior members of the Club, at the Annual General Meeting, which is held in November every year. To stand and/or vote in the election, persons must be fully paid up members of the Club and over 18 years of age. Several Sub-Committees operate within the Club structure: -
Team Selection, Social Activities and Fundraising, Administration, Coaching, Finance, Club Championships and Mansfield’s Major Oak Open Meet.Each year Senior Club Captains, one Male and one Female are elected along with Junior Club Captains chosen from the Swimmers.
All Clubs involved in swimming are members of the Amateur Swimming Association of Great Britain. This Association is divided into districts and then into Counties. Mansfield Swimming Club is affiliated to the Midland District and Nottinghamshire A.S.A. Championships are held National, District, County and Club level.

Here at Mansfield Swimming Club we cater for disability swimmers and have a dedicated Club Disability coordinator who communicates with both swimmers and parents to make sure their needs are catered for.
